JACKSONVILLE, N.C. (WNCT)- Jacksonville Citizens are invited to learn about their City and share information with City employees.
The Fall 2018 Jacksonville Citizen Academy is now accepting applications.
Enrollment is free but space is limited.
Sessions for the Citizen Academy are every Wednesday from October 3 -31 from 4-6:30PM.
Each Academy session takes Citizens to different areas of Jacksonville to learn about the services the City offers and how they impact the lives of Citizens. Academy participants will go behind the scenes with Public Safety, Public Services, and more to see the operations of the City.
