FORT BRAGG, N.C. (WNCN) – Officials at Fort Bragg are investigating how a civilian ended up living in a barracks building.
On Tuesday, 3rd Special Forces Group discovered a civilian living in a barracks building occupied by unit soldiers, the public affairs office said.
A Facebook page under the named U.S. Army W.T.F! moments Reports said the man was homeless and had obtained a military ID, uniform and weapons.
He also had rosters with personal information of soldier’s in his room, according to the Facebook page.
A Fort Bragg official said the Provost Marshal was immediately contacted and the person was detained by military police.
He has since been released and no charges have been filed at this time.
Officials are still investigating.
