KILL DEVIL HILLS, N.C. (WNCT) – The Dare County Narcotics Task Force arrested two Kill Devil Hills men on drug charges this week in unrelated incidents.
Charles Donald Buxton was charged with felony possession of marijuana with intent to sell and maintaining a home for a controlled substance after Task Force members executed a search warrant for his home Monday.
He was released on a $10,000 secured bond.
In a separate incident, Task Force members arrested Bradley Boyd of Kill Devil Hills after he had gone out of the county to purchase cocaine and was expected to return to the Kill Devil Hills area with it, deputies said.
Deputies said they seized cocaine from Boyd at a traffic stop as a result of their investigation.
Boyd was charged with felony possession of cocaine and release on $15,000 bail.
