GREENVILLE, N.C. (WNCT) – 55-year-old Tony Parker is a former 3-pack-a-day smoker. He’s now a 3-sport athlete.

The Greenville resident gave up smoking and drinking. He’s currently a-year-and-a-half sober.

And he’s encouraging others along the way. Parker helped start the “Couch to 5K” program in Greenville.

Tony’s story is just one of four stories in our “Finding Fitness” summer series, highlighting individuals from the east who are defying their age and finding fitness.
