Fire Chief: Man nearly drowned, was revived and transported to Greenville


ATLANTIC BEACH, N.C. (WNCT) — Atlantic Beach Fire Chief Adam Snyder says a man nearly drowned near the Oceanic Pier this afternoon but has been revived and being transferred to Greenville for further treatment. The victim was taken to Carteret General Hospital after CPR was performed on the scene.
