GOLDSBORO, N.C. (WNCT)- A Goldsboro man is facing drug charges following an investigation into the ongoing use, sale and distribution of narcotics at the Serena Inn.
On Saturday, the Aggressive Criminal Enforcement Team was continuing the ongoing narcotics investigation at the Serena Inn. During the investigation, members of the ACE Team identified a room at the motel where drug use was apparent. The team was then able to make contact with the occupants of said room.
Occupants gave the ACE Team consent to search the room. A quantity of cocaine and marijuana was located.
29-year-old Kevin Glenn Hyatt was arrested and charged with felony possession of cocaine, maintaining a dwelling place and possession of drug paraphernalia.
