GREENVILLE, N.C. (WNCT) – A Greenville man is out on bond after being charged with child abuse, according to the Pitt County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies say they were alerted to possible abuse on Wednesday before arresting John Ward, 44, of Greenville.
Ward is now charged with two counts of misdemeanor child abuse. He bonded out on Thursday.
