With Kwanzaa beginning, that means the New Year is approaching, and many people are thinking about their New Year’s resolutions.
Some of the top resolutions are losing weight, eating healthier, exercising more and quitting smoking.
About a third of people who make New Year’s resolutions fail to stick to them.
Today, we asked people around Greenville about their 2019 resolutions.
“My New Year’s resolution is to hang out with my friends a little more and take more time off work and to also have a successful year,” said Emily Williams, a Greenville resident.
“One of my New Year’s resolutions is to be more grateful for things and people that are in my life that are blessings to me. So write thank you cards and just show more gratitude to others,” said Sueann Forest.
One way to reach your goals next year is to keep your resolutions simple. Weekly goals are easier to stick to.
