KINSTON, N.C. (WNCT) — A Lenoir County man was arrested for statutory rape of a child on December 22.
Leslie Stroud IV was arrested by the Lenoir County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Detectives and charged with statutory rape of a child under the age of fifteen.
Stroud was placed in the Lenoir County Sheriffs’ Detention Center under a $200,000 bond.
