7 arrested after drug operations within Martin County, Williamston

WILLIAMSTON, N.C. (WNCT) - Seven people have been arrested after officials conducted several drug operations within Martin County and Williamston.

The Martin County Sheriff's Office along with the Williamston Police Department, the Martin County Narcotics Unit and the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation conducted several narcotics operations within Martin County and Williamston during the past months.

The operations were targeted at those who were illegally distributing controlled substances.

The following suspects were arrested on the following charges:

Brian M. Rhine, of Williamston: 

  • Felony manufacture of marijuana
  • Maintaining a  dwelling to keep or store controlled substances
  • Possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver marijuana
  • Possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver controlled substances within 1000 feet of a school or daycare
  • Bond: $5,000

Ceaira M. Modlin, of Williamston:

  • Felony manufacture of marijuana
  • Maintaining a dwelling to keep or store controlled substances
  • Possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver marijuana
  • Possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver controlled substances within 1000 feet of a school or daycare
  • Bond: $3,500

Terry W. Ore, of Williamston: 

  • Felony possession of cocaine
  • Felony probation violation
  • Bond: $75,000

Nathanial A. Burns, of Williamston:

  • Possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver cocaine
  • Maintaining a dwelling to keep or store controlled substances
  • Bond: $50,000

Blair A. Jarrett, of Jamesville: 

  • Possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver schedule II controlled substances
  • Sell or deliver schedule II controlled substances
  • Possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver controlled substances with 1000 feet of a school or daycare
  • Possession of cocaine
  • Bond: $100,000

Jacob G. Williams, of Jamesville: 

  • Possession of cocaine
  • Bond: $10,000

Bobby G. Wynne, of Williamston:

  • Possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver marijuana
  • Maintaining a vehicle to keep or store controlled substances
  • Possession of cocaine
  • Bond: $5,000
