Crews were called there at 11:30 p.m.
The fire started in the laundry room, but the sprinkler system contained fire.
Everyone was evacuated, and no one was injured.
A canopy was set up for residents until they could return to their rooms.
The second fire occurred at a Vanceboro home on Craven Farms Raod.
