GREENVILLE, N.C. (WNCT) - UPDATE: Per Dianne Bowen's sister Dorothy, the funeral for Dianne will be Saturday, March 2nd at Cashie Baptist Church in Windsor.
The church is at 221 S. Queen Street.
Former “Carolina Today” co-host Dianne Bowen has died.
According to family members, Bowen died Sunday in Tucson, Arizona, while battling breast cancer.
She was 66 years old.
Bowen was a native of Bertie County.
She spent years at WNCT co-hosting “Carolina Today” with Slim Short.
Funeral arrangements for Bowen are pending.
