GPD trying to ID Circle K armed robbery suspects

GREENVILLE, N.C. (WNCT) - Police are trying to identify and locate two suspects wanted in connection to a robbery reported at Circle K on September 27.

The Greenville Police Department responded to the Circle K located on 4000 South Memorial Drive in reference to an armed robbery reported around 4:51 a.m.

An employee told police that she was approached by a male suspect while taking out the trash.

The suspect said he had a weapon, followed the employee back into the store and got away with an undisclosed amount of cash, deputies said.

No one was injured. 

After reviewing the surveillance cameras, detectives have developed at least two persons of interest.

Police said they were last seen leaving the area in a silver early-2000 model Honda CRV.
