GOLDSBORO, N.C. (WNCT) - UPDATE: A 3rd man has been arrested following traffic stops in Wayne County.
On December 28, members of the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office REACT Team arrested Brandon Phillips.
While searching the vehicle deputies discovered there was Methamphetamine and paraphernalia in the vehicle.
Phillips has been placed in the Wayne County Detention Center under a $10,000 bond.
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office REACT Team has arrested two men following two separate traffic stops.
On December 28th, they arrested Robert Wilson following a traffic stop in Goldsboro.
Deputies say they found methamphetamine along with drug paraphernalia in his car.
They say he was charged accordingly, and placed in the Wayne County Detention Center under a $1,000 bond.
Then, on December 29th, the REACT Team arrested Justin Warner following a traffic stop in the Econo Lodge area of Goldsboro.
While searching the vehicle, deputies say they found multiple items of illegal contraband along with suspected methamphetamine.
Warner was charged with charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and placed in the Wayne County Jail under a $3,000 bond.
