A man has been arrested on drug and several firearm charges after a report of a domestic incident that occurred on Monday in Havelock, deputies said.
Christopher F. Evans, 34, was charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver cocaine, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, two counts of possession of a stolen firearm and assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill.
On Monday, the Craven County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Division responded to a domestic incident that occurred on 1816 N.C. 101 Highway in Havelock.
The Narcotics Division assisted deputies in executing a search warrant on Evans’ residence and said they found approximately 10 grams of cocaine, two stolen firearms and almost $4,000.
Evans was given a $200,000 bond.
