Missing 2-year-old girl located in Sharpsburg


ROCKY MOUNT, N.C. (WNCT) – A missing two-year-old girl has been located safe and unharmed in Sharpsburg.

Rocky Mount Police said officers from the Sharpsburg Police Department and deputies from the Nash County Sheriff’s Office located N’eveah A’mirah Richardson in an abandoned vehicle on Queen Street in Sharpsburg around 10 a.m.

They’ve not yet located the suspect that abducted the girl. He’s described as a black male, bald with a goatee and wearing a white t-shirt.

The investigation into the incident continues.

The Rocky Mount Police Department is searching for a missing two-year-old girl.

N’evaeh A’mirah Richardson is a black female, approximately 2 feet tall, weighing 28 pounds. She has black hair, and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing a white t-shirt with a rainbow on the front.

Rocky Mount Police say there is one, unknown abductor, described as a black male. The suspect is bald with a goatee and wearing a white t-shirt.

Richardson was last seen on Nashville Road in Rocky Mount. The owner left Richardson there inside a car. When the owner returned, the car and Richardson were gone.

The suspected vehicle is a Green 2004 Mitsubishi Endeavor with NC license tag number PCD-9688.

The SUV has a spare tire doughnut on the left front tire and a Live,Love,Laugh sticker on the back of the vehicle. The car also has paint peeling off the front bumper.
