Have you ever wondered what the world’s most expensive cup of coffee looks like?
Spoiler alert: It looks like a regular cup of coffee.
But coffee fanatics say the taste of the record-setting brew is worth it. Those who have tasted it say it’s smooth and tastes like fruit.
Only 100 pounds of Elida Geisha 803 were auctioned off worldwide from Panama. The only coffeehouse in the United States able to get its hands on it is Klatch Roasters in San Francisco.
The coffee costs $75 a cup. If you think that’s a lot, it’s nothing compared to the whopping $800 a full pound of the brew costs.
