Charcuterie boards have become a big food trend recently. 

In French, charcuterie means cured meats, but around the world, it’s become known as a grazing board with a mix of meats, cheeses, fruits and nuts.   

A new local business is building on that trend and taking charcuterie boards to the next level.

The Board Babe in Winston-Salem started in March, and despite the pandemic, continues to grow. 

In today’s FOX8 Foodie, Shannon Smith shows us why her charcuterie boards are so special.
