Online Originals: Robbie’s Clubhouse raises money for a special needs facility

GREENVILLE, NC (WNCT) – Robbie’s Clubhouse is a non-profit organization that is raising money to build a facility for those with disabilities or special needs in Pitt County.

Robert and Jamie O’Neal sparked the idea from their son, Robbie, who has special needs.

They hope it to be a place where they can feel socially comfortable, laugh, smile and have fun.

The Robbie’s Clubhouse facility hopes to have sensory rooms to work on your own at any time.

East Carolina Motor Speedway also works with them by giving the child and family of any special needs tickets to go to any race all Summer long.

Robbie’s Clubhouse works with ECU Athletics by giving families tickets to football and basketball games.

If you have any unused tickets and want to donate them to Robbie’s Clubhouse contact the ECU Athletic Department at 1-800-DIALECU

For more information if you want to donate or volunteer go to Robbie’s Clubshouse.
