JACKSONVILLE, N.C. (WNCT) — Onslow County has named David Cotton as its new county manager.
Cotton was serving as the interim county manager before being selected by the Board of Commissioners during a special meeting Wednesday.
Cotton has been serving as interim county manager since December and before that served as the deputy county manager for almost six years.
