Rescued puppy becomes baseball team’s bat dog


SAVANNAH, Ga. – Savannah’s new baseball team rescued a seven-week-old puppy who will serve as the team’s official Bat Dog.

Daisy was left in Grayson Stadium’s parking without tags, a collar, or microchip.  She was found alone and crying near the front office door.

The owners of the Bananas have since adopted her and she’ll be a fixture at games.
