The 32 st Annual Summer Festival in Washington kicks off on Friday.
The festival features a street fair with vendors, rides, food, and arts& crafts, and Dock Dogs, a canine aquatics competition.
The festival also features free sailboat rides and concerts.
The festival is organized by the Washington Beaufort County Chamber of Commerce.
