Turning up the heat took on new meaning in the 1st World Series game

LOS ANGELES (WNCT) — The Dodgers took on the Houston Astros Tuesday night in what was expected to be the hottest World Series game on record.

Temperatures were still hovering near triple digits around 5 p.m.

The Dodgers won the game, leading the best of seven series with a score of 3-to-1.

The two teams play again on Wednesday.
