GREENVILLE, N.C. (WNCT)- Two closures will affect drivers in uptown Greenville beginning Monday, April 9.
The first impact the connecting link between Greene St. and the Pitt-Greene Connector will be closed to traffic starting at 9 a.m.
It’s necessary for road work related to the construction of the G.K. Butterfield Transportation Center.
The closure is expected to last two weeks.
Separately, a portion of East 4th St. between Evans St. and Cotanche St. will be closed starting at 8 a.m. Monday morning for construction.
That closure is expected to last half a day.
There will be no posted detours.
Drivers are encouraged to take Evans to East 3rd St., or Cotanche to East 5th St.
