A man was arrested Saturday on attempted murder charges after shooting in Goldsboro, police said.
Theodore J. Lee, was charged with attempted murder and possession of a firearm by felon.
On April 26, the Goldsboro Police Department responded to Seymour Drive in reference to a person that had been shot.
The victim was located and police said he was on the ground suffering from a gunshot wound to the left thigh.
The victim was transported to the Wayne UNC Healthcare via ambulance for treatment.
Police said the victim condition is stable.
The Criminal Investigation Division said they were notified of the shooting and conducted an investigation.
Investigators identified Lee as the suspect.
Lee was taken into custody Saturday in Goldsboro by the U.S. Marshalls Task Force Officers.
He was sent to the Wayne County Magistrates Office and was given a $502,000 bond.
