East Carolina completed a spirited mid-day practice at Jim Patterson Stadium in Louisville on Thursday to get ready for the NCAA Super Regionals.
The Cardinals and Pirates both went through 90-minute workouts to finalize their preparations for the series, which starts at noon on Friday.
Louisville will be the home team in game one.
Lefty Jake Agnos gets the start for East Carolina. He’ll battle ACC pitcher of the year Reid Detmers in the opener.
Game two is set for Saturday at 3 pm, with game three, if needed set for Sunday at noon.
