A trio of East Carolina players were drafted on the second day of the MLB first-year player’s draft on Tuesday. 

Jake Agnos was selected by the New York Yankees in the 4th round with the 135th overall pick.

Former DH Conley star Bryant Packard was picked in the 5th round by the Detroit Tigers with the 142nd overall selection.

First baseman Spencer Brickhouse was picked in the 7th round by the Arizona Diamondbacks with the 212th overall pick. 

The Pirates open play in the NCAA Louisville Super Regional on Friday at noon.
