Sparks Fly From Dublin Power Lines Damaged by Storm Agnes Toppled trees brought down live powerlines in a suburb of Dublin on Wednesday, after Storm Agnes battered the UK and Ireland. Video sent to Storyful on September 27, shows sparks flying from live electrical wires damaged in the storm.
