FEMA gives flash flood safety tips for hurricane season


GREENVILLE, N.C. (WNCT) — Water can be deadly during hurricane season, and life-threatening flooding is possible inland. FEMA released a flood safety guide for the public to be aware and informed. 

They say to stay off roads and not to walk, swim or drive through floodwaters. These are the three simple steps for flash flood safety.
